Takahiro Miyashita joined forces with the late legendary footwear designer John Moore in SS17 to reimagine and recreate one of his most iconic toe strap combat boots from the 80s.
In retrospect, John Moore started working with Vivienne Westwood under his own label “Moore”. His timeless, post punk designs were originally deemed as off-trend and unconventional by the masses before becoming a cult favorite.
Thirty years after his passing, the brand was resurrected and has brought in new and old collaborators, immortalizing his craft and gave John Moore the attention it always deserved.
